Hotel information

There is a seminar hall for up to 440 people and 7 meeting rooms in an independent building beside the hotel. A health corner with Jacuzzi, sauna and hamman is available from 16:00 onwards. It is the antidote to the aches and pains of a day spent on the slopes and a peaceful haven after long meetings in the seminar centre.

Payment Information: In order to confirm your booking, Le Prieuré shall ask for 30% of the total amount of your stay as a deposit. For payment, you will receive the hotel's General Terms of Sales with a deposit form. Reservations will be definite after payment of the deposit. Rates do not include children from 0 till 11 years (rates can be sent by mail or fax). Children aged 12 years and older will be considered as adults.

Food & Beverage

Full English breakfast is not included and costs EUR 13.00 per person.

Booking Terms

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 10.00 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Child Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
