Every Saturday, welcoming gathering organised to introduce you to the group, activities and Services Plus; a presentation of the ski domains and lift passes, private shuttle service to the slopes, meal vouchers, ski lessons and excursions. There is an information desk available on site 7 days a week.

Payment Information: In order to confirm your booking, Alpina shall ask for 30% of the total amount of your stay as a deposit. For payment, you will receive the hotel's General Terms of Sales with a deposit form. Reservations will be definite after payment of the deposit. The CLIENT will not be eligible to claim for indemnity if the cancellation or changes made to the accommodation and/or other optional services were imposed by circumstances beyond the control of ALPINA hotel, including, by way of example, partial or total striking, flooding, cataclysm, terrorism or changes to the law, risking the safety of the clientele. For all other reasons the ALPINA hotel will commit to proposing an alternative solution at least equivalent to the original contract and without additional expense to the CLIENT. If the CLIENT chooses not to accept this alternative, the ALPINA hotel will reimburse all monies already received from the CLIENT.

Food & Beverage

Surf and Turf. All-you-can-eat buffet with 20 different meats and fishes with 20 different sauces, various salads and chips. Choose straight from the buffet and cook your own meal at your own table in delicious stock.

Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 17.00 per person. Full English breakfast is not included and costs EUR 13.00 per person. American breakfast is not included and costs EUR 13.00 per person. Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 13.00 per person. Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 13.00 per person.

Booking Terms

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 6.00 per hour.

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Child Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
